Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately and you'll receive prorated credit for your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your research notes, theories, and evidence are never deleted. If you exceed the limits of a lower tier, you'll still be able to view existing work but won't be able to create new items until you're within limits or upgrade again.

Do monthly limits reset automatically?

Yes. AI usage limits (chats, imports, analysis) reset on the first of each month. Storage-based limits like evidence uploads and investigations are cumulative.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?
